Star Trails above Winthrop, WA

This photo is a combination of 99 shots of the stars on a dark night, camping above the city of Winthrop, WA. By combining the images, you see the movement of the stars over the course of the time it took to complete the shots. My camera was set up on a tripod outside of our RV and programmed to take 99 images of 30 seconds in length every minute. We were on National Forest land and the only thing around were the trees, which I used to frame the stars.
